09-08-2022A peer team was constituted by NAAC to visit the institution and validate the Self-Study report. The peer team consists of the Chairperson, Dr. Boda Venkat Rathnam (Chairman),Former Vice Chancellor, Kakatiya University, Telagana ,Dr. K. K. Agarwal (Member Co-ordinator)Professor, Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi Uttar Pradesh and Dr. Sanjay Dhanwat (Member) Principal, Narayanrao Kale Smruti Model College, Karanja Wardha, Maharashtra. They visited the College on 09th (first day). The Peer Team members were welcomed by his Excellency Joshua Mar Ignathios,Patron & Manager, Rev.Fr.Thomas puthenparampil,Director , Dr.K.C Mathai, Principal and IQAC coordinator. The team had meetings with the Manager, Principal and the Director along with the IQAC Coordinator. The Peer Team, during its visit, assessed and evaluated curricular aspects, teaching and learning activities, research work, extension, infrastructure and learning facilities, and other aspects of the College. They also visited library, sports room and canteen. They visited and interacted with IQAC, placement cell, career counseling room and all departments, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, students, alumnae, and parents and visited all academic facilities and administrative and support services. The governing body, the teaching and non-teaching staff, students, parents, alumnae, and everyone cooperated for smooth sailing during the first-day visit. The first day of the visit has come to an end with the cultural program presented by the students of MICAS. The Peer team visited Mar Ivanios College on the second day on 21st July 2022 to assess the performance of the institution for the 1st cycle. The team interacted with various clubs and cells of the College. They were briefed about the activities of all the cells and clubs. During the Exit meet, the team expressed their happiness about the performance of the college. They discussed with the Head of the institution Dr.K.C Mathai and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell coordinator, Dr.P.K Varghese and appreciated hospitality, the infrastructure of the college, documentation and presentation of various departments. Finally the Peer team handed over the report to the Head of the institution
